Welcome to WhapiFlow ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, dashboard, APIs, and services—including messaging integrations, automation tools, CRM features, chatbot builder, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services")—you ("User," "Client," or "Customer") agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
Use of Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) must comply with their respective Terms & Policies.
2. Services Provided
WhapiFlow offers:
WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram integrations
Messaging APIs and automation tools
CRM and customer management system
Chatbot and workflow automation builder
Bulk messaging and campaign tools
Analytics, reporting, and support services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities under your account are your responsibility.
WhapiFlow is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities
Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages without proper consent
Violate policies of Meta or any third-party platform
Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized system access
Misuse APIs or automation tools in violation of laws
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
All pricing is listed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise and excludes applicable taxes.
Subscription fees must be paid in advance based on the selected plan.
Certain features may require minimum balance or recharge.
Add-ons are billed separately.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once services are activated, unless required by law.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Meta Verification & Compliance
WhapiFlow may assist with WhatsApp Business setup or verification processes.
Approval is solely at the discretion of Meta, and we do not guarantee approval.
Any fees related to verification assistance are non-refundable once processed.
7. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining user/customer consent before using their data.
We may process message logs, automation data, and CRM records to deliver our Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, and technology belong to WhapiFlow or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (Meta, Shopify, etc.).
We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or restrictions imposed by these platforms.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective policies.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance or external issues may cause temporary downtime.
WhapiFlow is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
WhapiFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
We are not responsible for:
Business losses due to downtime
Meta verification delays or rejections
Violations caused by misuse of Services
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhapiFlow, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your misuse of Services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws or third-party policies
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.
Data may be deleted after termination, subject to legal requirements.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Services means you accept the updated Terms.
