Terms & Conditions Welcome to WhapiFlow ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services—including messaging APIs, automation tools, CRM, chatbot builder, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services")—you ("User," "Customer," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. Use of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms must comply with their respective Terms & Policies. 2. Services Provided WhapiFlow provides: WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram API integrations CRM and customer management tools Chatbot and automation builder Bulk messaging and campaign tools Analytics, reporting, and support services We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion. 3. Account Registration & Security You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. WhapiFlow is not liable for unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence. 4. Acceptable Use Policy You agree NOT to: Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages without proper consent Violate policies of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms Upload malicious code, malware, or attempt unauthorized system access Misuse APIs or automation tools in violation of applicable laws Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. 5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds All pricing is listed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise and excludes applicable taxes. Subscription fees must be paid in advance according to your selected plan. Some features may require minimum balance or recharge. Paid add-ons are billed separately. Refund Policy: Services are non-refundable once activated unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination. 6. Verification & Compliance We may assist with WhatsApp Business setup or verification processes. Approval is solely at Meta’s discretion, and we do not guarantee approval. Any fees related to verification assistance are non-refundable once submitted. 7. Data & Privacy We process and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before using their data. You acknowledge that WhapiFlow may process message logs, automation flows, and CRM data to provide Services. 8. Intellectual Property All trademarks, software, branding, and content belong to WhapiFlow or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. 9. Third-Party Integrations Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce). We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes made by these platforms. Your use of such platforms is subject to their respective Terms & Policies. 10. Service Availability We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party issues may cause temporary downtime. WhapiFlow is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: WhapiFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for: Business losses due to service interruptions Delays or rejections in verification processes Violations caused by misuse of Services 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhapiFlow, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: Your misuse of Services Violation of these Terms Violation of platform policies or applicable laws 13. Termination You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment. Data may be deleted after termination, subject to legal requirements. 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad. 15. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. 16.
